Weber Spirit Grill
Rated 4.6/5 based on 68 Amazon.com reviews
The Weber Spirit gas grill range is at the smaller or maybe beginners end of the Weber gas grill range.
But, that is not to say that there is anything cheap about this or any other range of Weber BBQs.
There are three models in this range the Spirit E210, the E310, and the E320 – the only real differences between them seem to be the cooking area and heat output.
They are small, and the cooking area isreally only cook enough food at one time for 8 or so people
As with any Weber barbeque, they are simple but attractively designed and well built, mostly from black (the only available color for this range) enameled steel, with a stainless steel preparation surface on each side of the grilling area.
The rolling cart itself is supported on four swivel casters, two of which are lockable.
The cart is enclosed, having two doors on the front so that a 20lb gas bottle can be stored inside – there is also room for a spare gas bottle just about.
The finish reminded me of a car, everything is either stainless steel or coated in a serious thickness of paint.
All three models have a temperature gauge built into the hood and all three are fueled by liquid propane, although natural gas versions are available.
The dimensions and spec varies slight due to the greater cooking area of each successive model. The side work tables can also be folded down.
||Total Cooking area
||350 sq in

Each model is fitted with an electronic ignition system, porcelain enameled cooking grates and “flavorizer” bars.
The only differences I made out between each model are that the E210 has two burners, the E310 and E320 have three burners. The E-320 has two stainless steel work surfaces, where the E-210 and E310 have one.
The warranty is for the Weber Spirit grill range is summarized below.
Stainless Steel Parts
Porcelain Enameled Parts
Construction takes a couple of hours and requires only a Phillips screw driver and a 7/16th socket - and the manual has decent instructions in American English, not some nonsense translation from Chinese.
Most of the components are pre-assembled, so once the cart is built, the components just need to be attached to it.
Construction takes about two hours, or probably less.
This thing heats up fast - 550F in ten minutes! Or it will hold 320F for hours (gas permitting) while you smoke some ribs or whatever.
The controls are precise, the gas gauge seems accurate, as does the temperature gauge in the hood.
The grates leave satisfying sear marks every time, and there is room underneath them to put a smoker box.
I just couldn't fault the Weber Spirit Grill at all.
There are a few extras for your new Weber Spirit grill. Top of the list is a grill cover - this is pretty much a must, if your BBQ is going to live outside. Check out our barbecue cover page if you want more info - or see the Weber Spirit grill cover page at Amazon.com.
Another useful extra is a rotisserie - again check out our rotisserie page for more info or look at the rotisserie kit specifically for the Spirit range at Amazon's.com
